Calling all youth (14-30) from across Inuit Nunangat! Applications are now open for this year's Our Climate Our Arctic Youth Climate Conference! https://www.ev...entbrite.ca/e/our-climate-our-arctic-virtual- Founded in 2019 by youth in the Beaufort Delta, the OCOA conference is expanding online this year to include as many communities across Inuit Nunangat as possible - and is excited to bring discussions, panels and workshops on climate issues in the Arctic that we all wake up to everyday. From permafrost slumps to coastal erosion, migration pattern disruption to dangers uniquely faced by our communities, we bring together educators, elders, researchers and youth to share, plan and act. The agenda and list of speakers is being finalized and will be released through our social media channels and directly to delegates as it is confirmed. Register today to get your size in for your limited edition crewneck sweatshirt (will be mailed to you).

What a great program! We have enjoyed partnering with the Food Bank to be able to be a community direct access point for youth and their families for this program. The food selection is surveyed and well-thought, and the program leverages local businesses for the fresh produce component. Looking forward to continuing to partner with the Inuvik Food Bank and the After the Bell program!
