Well here we are!! Last few weeks of 2020! At Invati we are trying our very best to share yoga with you in as many ways as we can. We have yoga online as well as recorded classes saved to our private library. We will be sending out the password to access our VIMEO library to every active membership. We have once again opened our doors to the studio, following all current guidelines issued by our BC Government and Ministry of Health.... Our max number of students that are able to practice together now is 10. We are running most classes live on zoom to support everyone that does not make it to the studio for whatever personal reasons they may have. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IF YOU DO COME TO THE STUDIO FOR CLASS. These precautions are based on the BC GOVERNMENT MINISTRY OF HEALTH & Guidelines, Worksafe, and Interior Health requirements. ~Students/Teachers/Staff who have been ill or have COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days are not permitted in the studio ~Class sizes will ensure proper physical distancing (2.5 m apart) ~Online registration is mandatory ~Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class ~Students are encouraged to bring their own props when possible ~Masks must be worn upon entry/exit properly and to be kept on at all times until settled onto your mat ready for practice, however, optional during practice. ~Please breath through your nose during practice as much as possible ~If you feel like your loosing the calmness and control of your breath please rest on your mat and join the practice when you feel ready. Only you can monitor this. ~Follow the arrows on the floor for smooth entry and exit through studio ~We have all guidelines, directions and policies posted for all students as well as instructors, ie. How to wear a mask properly/how to self diagnose ~Sanitizing of the studio regularly, Spray-sanitizer available at all times ~No shower or changeroom use, please wear your yoga clothes to studio and leave all belongings in your vehicle if possible. ~we have constant fresh air flowing through our studio thanks to our amazing HVAC system ~Temp of room will not exceed 80 f ~Huge amounts of love and gratitude to you all!
