This took longer than you think I laugh every time someone compliments me on my comfortability in front of the camera, because before it was not so pretty This is my 4th time filming in front of a professional for our ads. The first 2 times I forgot how to speak, the 3rd time we made a 30sec ad out of 6hrs of video, and in this session we again got no useable film (except a blooper reel he kindly put together) ... My first workout post took 87 takes (yes, I counted). Today these videos take me 15mins to film, edit and post on instagram (with the odd spelling mistake and fumbling of words) I love the community I work with because everyday they are working towards something new, whether it’s getting stronger, or performing a new movement My role is to help not only physically through treatment and rehabilitation, but also mentally through education and support It’s all about good communication and trust

A little late night work calls for some stress intervention The 2 in the ear are Shen Men and the Concha, which modulate parasympathetics through the ‘Vagus Nerve’ to help sleep, stress, etc (if you don’t believe me, google the benefits of vagus nerve stimulation) ... Last one is GV-24.5, sometimes called the happy point or third eye. I finished at the top of almost every combine and fitness competition, but all that hard work did not prevent me from getting injured 2 hip and 1 knee surgery later, I was left frustrated that my body failed me, being told I would always be in pain, and that no one had an answer for why I fell apart ...
