The new pathway in Lyndhurst is a major improvement to our village. It’s the reality of this that makes initiatives for "streetscape" worth pursuing. As your Co...uncillor, I will work hard at making your vision a reality. The pathway aligns so well with the "Three Pillars" of our strategic plan. The granite rocks were a type that are "eco" friendly and the gradient is respectful of the natural environment so drainage issues aren’t a factor. My cottagers will now have a destination place to walk and hopefully stop for an ice cream in town or pick up some bait for an evening of fishing. The Community groups all across our Township work long and hard with a great deal of patience to have improvements like this finally come to fruition. How excited we were for Seeley’s Bay at the "Le Boat" reception a few weeks ago. How many hours did those belonging to SBARA put in to make it happen. We must give credit to good planning and this current council. I feel it's just the beginning! See more
