Olivia's research has explored the utilization of the intersectional approach to human rights cases of discrimination and harassment in the Ontario context. IRHRSA executive elections for the 2021-2022 school year are now open! Check your emails (or email us!) for the detailed duties of the 9 positions that you can run for: 1 President 1 Vice-President 1 Director of Finance... 2 Directors of Events 2 Director of Communications - External and Internal 1 Secretary 1 HRM Certificate Representative You can run for up to 3 positions. Please make a brief statement of with a strict limit of 900 characters (NOT 900 words) that addresses some of these prompts: propose what IRHR events to hold (you do have some leeway on events); what IRHR means to you; why you are running, etc. Your choice of positions and brief statement can be forwarded to [email protected]. If you have any personal questions about the election, please email our president Olivia Masella at [email protected]. The election timeline is shown above, and applications are open until Wednesday April 7, 2021. Eligible voters are all full time and part time undergraduate students who are enrolled in the Industrial Relations and Human Resources specialist, major, or the certificate in the Human Resources Management program (CHRM).
