MOVEMENT FLOW Multiple things to remember when you’re on a health and fitness journey Don’t get stuck on one thing, if thats the number on the scale, ...the one movement you currently can’t do or anything else. Focus on sleep, nutrient dense foods, your energy levels, sex drive and metal progress and that one thing will happen Healthy will look different for everyone. For some it might mean super lean others being able to walk. Don’t compare yourself. Get movement in everyday. Movement shouldn’t be a mentally stressful task. If you are rushing to get to yoga and are stressed it’s defeating the purpose of even going. Make it work with your schedule. You won’t maintain the body you want by restricting calories . Eat balanced and intuitively. (No excess sugar or processed) Results occur from consistency. If you eat a healthy meal once a week and expect results.... you know it won’t happen. But if you eat healthy meals everyday and some days are off... you will see progress See more
