We would like to take a second to express our sorrow at the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. While we are Canadians and not directly impacted by her work in the American justice system, her work had a huge positive impact on the lives of women throughout the years, and she has become an icon of female empowerment. Thank you to Ruth for all her hard work to lift up women. You will be missed.

Dance is an amazing form of exercise! However, sometimes our bodies need multiple forms of exercise, and when we don’t have dance class going for a run is a great way to get a jolt of adrenaline and increase our cardiovascular system. Normally I’d advocate for an outdoor run, and when the weather is nice I do, but we got this treadmill a little while ago and I love being able to use it in the winter and rain ! ... Other great ways to exercise include yoga, weights, HIIT, and skipping to name a few!
