We have closed on our dream property. 5 acres (a little over 2 hectares) partially forested land. It’s located at the start of the Canadian gold rush trail acro...ss from a lovely river. We are going to build geodomes and A-frame cabins on it and run a small cafe in the main house. Not many older homes in this area but a lovely mid-century bungalow. Can’t wait to start! See more

Pity gentrification is making it harder for people with lower & average incomes to continue to live there.
