Need a family movie recommendation for a little fun history lesson? We watched "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" with our bigger kids and then explored the lives of the historical figures. Heads up: There may be a scene or two to fast forward if a little inappropriate (I'm thinking of a scene oggling the mother-in-law, uh cringey!) but the overall message of the flick to "be excellent!" to one another while learning history is loads of fun....
