Well my official last day of teaching KB classes was Monday.....we celebrated an amazing 9 years of Iron Bell Fitness with a tough workout, treats and Rose! I've been coaching for 30 years ( either Ice skating, Dryland training, bootcamps or Kettlebells) so it was time for me to begin a new journey and I am very excited for what the next 30 years will bring! I will of course still lift and remain a part of the KB Community but just in a different capacity. I have so many special memories with so many amazing people. Thank you to each and every Iron Bell member who came to lift bells with me over the past 9 years. Here's to to moving forward and what the future may bring oxox
