Left without the use of his legs after being crushed by a felled tree called a "widow maker", Chuck suffered spinal and brain damage. The spine we can work with. His brain was never firing on all thrusters anyway so no one even noticed a change. Chuck has worked relentlessly to regain movement and we think by the end of 2021 he will be standing on his own. Not terribly tall, but of his own. . All these exercises are self explanatory in video. All shall be done seated so as to focus on core as well as arms and shoulders. . Chuck, you are my hero.
