Hi fellow campers Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your families. As some of you know we have been building a new 75 lot full service campground, designed from the ground up by ourselves to give a great camping experience. I know we are all unsure of what the future holds and if we will finally be free to travel the country. My guess is that we will be staying close to home in the relative safety of our Atlantic travel bubbles for the next camping season. That b...eing said, I know many of you seasoned campers/travelers are now looking for a new home base. I would suggest you have a look at our new project. Bring your boat, canoe or water toys and settle in to one of the most spectacular rivers in the area. Our sunrises are amazing and the fall colors are awesome. We have 3 way (15 and 30 amp) services, nice sized lots (well above the flood line), a camp store, rec center with showers and laundry (COVID-19 rules dependent). We will have lots of kid activities in the playground areas. The adults can also enjoy some ring toss, horseshoe pits, giant Janga and whatever else we have acquired by summer. We are also very close to walking trails, ATV and bike trails. Minto mountain bike trails are only 10min away. We are centrally located between Fredericton 1hr 10min, Oromocto 50min, Saint John 1hr 46min, Moncton 1hr 43 min and Miramichi 1hr 48min. The villages of Chipman and Minto are about 10 mins away for you to discover. This Christmas you can surprise your partner or your family with the gift of a weekend, month or seasonal lot along the beautiful Salmon river. We are opening for fall camping this weekend and will remain open until October 31st. All services are hooked up, sod is laid, campstore and rec center are under construction and our view is amazing! Opening for Fall Camping on Labour Day weekend. The weatherman says we are going to have a beautiful fall. Come camp with us. Enjoy the sunrise over the fog shrouded river. Watch eagles, hawks, herons, beaver, ducks and geese, as well as the occasional deer and moose. And enjoy nature's light show with the best stars on the planet! (Ok, slight exaggeration, but they are spectacular). Kayak the river, catch a fish or lounge by a campfire the choice is yours. Also taking bookings for seasonal sites for the 2021 camping season.
