Just three days left to apply to become an Iron & Earth Instructor! We are thrilled to have worked with industry professionals over the past year to develop four new rapid upskilling programs: 10-Day Solar Skills for Electricians 10-Day Community Solar Skills 10-Day Community Wind Skills 10-Day RenuWell Workforce Training Program... Now we are looking for experienced electricians and other tradespeople that are passionate about renewable energy and climate solutions to enroll in our Train the Trainer program in order to train up and deliver these programs this summer and for years to come! The TtT program will include 20 hours of coursework and instructors will be compensated $1150 + GST for their participation. The part time 4-week program begins on April 17. Iron & Earth is building an instructor network to begin delivering our training programs! Over the past year, we have developed four new rapid upskilling programs that are now ready for delivery: 10-Day Solar Skills for Electricians 10-Day Community Solar Skills... 10-Day Community Wind Skills 10-Day RenuWell Workforce Training Program If you are interested in delivering one or more of our training programs, please apply by April 4th to participate in our Train the Trainer (TtT) program. The TtT program will include 17 hours of coursework and instructors will be compensated $1000 + GST for their participation. The part time 4-week program begins on April 17. We are looking for experienced electricians and other tradespeople that are passionate about renewable energy and climate solutions to take the TtT program, and subsequently, be available to deliver our programs starting in 2021 or 2022.
