An option not often selected but one we don’t shy away from is unfinished slabs. Some customers like to finish slabs themselves, and we don’t use our finishing process to hide anything, because there is nothing to hide! This is pine 2x6 processed into a 36x36 slab for a friends kitchen island top. Strange to rough sand something, break the edges, and call it done. But it still looks awesome.
