Pilot batch - WEST COAST KVIEK IPA / 6.5% ABV / 65 IBUs The second beer from our pilot batch is a hybrid of sorts. Its combines the piney bitterness associated with West Coast IPA's with a citrus blast from dry hop and the fruity esters from Kviek yeast. We've got 80L of it, so as usual no growler fills and it won't last long!

HIGH RAIL ALTBIER / 5.0% ABV / 35 IBU Traditionally brewed using top fermenting yeast and lagered, an altbier is essentially a German Pale Ale. A slight bitterness balances the malt to create a nice refreshing sipper.

GRAB IRON KÖLSCH / 4.5% ABV / 30 IBU Grab Iron Kölsch is a top fermenting German style beer brewed according to Reinheitsgebot tradition. We used noble German hops to give this beer an earthy, floral crispness. Highly attenuated this beer is dry, light and refreshing.

IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY!! ! Thanks for everything Kamloops, three years have flown by. We don't have a party planned, but our birthday wish is for everyone to have a safe and most excellent long weekend. GALAXY SAISON / 5.5% ABV 40 IBU The newest hop used in our series of single hop saisons is Galaxy. This hop carries a big tropical punch, with notes of citrus, peach and passionfruit. This is all complimented by spicy/peppery notes from the belgian yeast. On tap now and bottles will be available early next week
