Let's talk about the nutrients of tonight's dinner that i cooked for my Fianceé and myself. 226 grams of Bison Steak, cup of broccoli and cheddar rice, and 5-7 asparagus spears. At 506 calories, this particular dish packs quite a punch. 57 g of protein, 50 g of carbohydrate, 3 g of fiber, and 8 g of fat. As for micronutrients it's very rich in Iron and Vitamin A, almost the half the daily requirements. I get all my bison meat from @noblepremiumbison as it's perfectly packag...ed and vacuum sealed and weighed to the exact 8 oz each steak.
