We've had these for almost a year now! Crazy times! . . . If you see one of these on a piece of equipment please give people some time to finish up before you jump on a piece of equipment beside them AND if you wish to keep some space between you and others while you are working out... use the pylons!... . . People don't have to wear masks while doing cardio. We aren't going to move any equipment. We aren't going to police you. If you want space. Use the pylons. Mask update! Friendly reminder to our members about mask protocol and consideration when you are in the gym. Please continue to wear your mask in common areas, when moving throughout the gym, and cleaning your equipment. Masks can be removed when doing high intensity exercise if you are staying in one space, distanced from others. Thank you all for your continued support and consideration, while we continue to try our best to keep our space safe and members healthy!

Yes! This means us! . . So wear your mask or get out seriously. It's not us making the rules we just have to follow them. So as per the Provincial Health Officer as of Nov 19 masks are mandatory in the gym. .... . Here's our other Covid 19 Rules just in case you need a reminder .. 1. Keep your distance. 2m or more. We have pylons everywhere to help people keep their distance from others. Please use them to block off a bench, machine or cardio machine beside you. 2. Indoor Shoes (this has always been a rule) don't wear your outside shoes in the gym. That's gross. It's not our job to clean your dirty foot prints. 3. Wipe your equipment before and after. There's disinfectant spray bottles and cloths everywhere. Use them. 4. Wash your hands before and after working out. With soap. 5. If you aren't wearing a mask during non staffed hours we will deactivate your fob immediately and no refund will be made to your account. Don't be a goof. There's cameras everywhere. 6. Follow Rules 1-5 and we will all get along just fine. Be nice! See more
