Oh dear. I found out that the salads I was eating were WAY more calories than I thought. Shockingly more in fact (I guess you shouldn't add avocado, nuts, and sauteed veges into the same salad!). So instead of keeping track of my food after the fact, I enter my next days food and exercise beforehand to see what I can eat, and then I can strip out or add things from there. This is working out well and I have started dropping pounds again.

Three hours of cross country skiing this weekend. We had a great time and burned a few calories at the same time (lots actually - I think I might have to cross country ski more often :)
