What kind of message is this sending?!

If you read to the end of this novel, you deserve an award and please know that simply sharing this is a big step for me If you know me, you know I’m a ...pretty private person. I don’t love talking about myself, and when people ask who is Kayla, I never know how to answer this question. But I’m going to give myself a moment to be proud of me! I want to share the exciting things I’m doing and maybe inspire others to join my team and community. 9 years ago, I had an idea. I knew there was something I had to do, so I started building the INSPIRE program. I had so many ideas bursting the seams of my brain and if anyone had told me that 9 years later, I’d be here, I probably would have been syncopal!! The INSPIRE program quickly evolved into what is now the ISC Health company, and I built it by myself from the ground up. I’ve coached classes and individuals, I’ve trained, I’ve explored, and heaven knows I’ve fallen hard a few times. Fast forward to 2020, January and February were really difficult months but the end of February brought some shocking promises. I met Kari Weber Young who has quickly become like a sister (and it’s like looking in the mirror!), I met Sean Tyler Foley who has quickly proven to be a strong pillar in my corner, Patti-Lou Cumby who although barely knows me, has sent many empowering affirmations my way (my love language!), and I met ASCIRA, an International platform for education, personal development, mentorship, and more. I watched 1 video about ASCIRA and I was picking my jaw up off the floor; these people spoke my language. I was nervous because it’s a brand new business, but the more I’ve learned, the more I appreciate all that it is and all it will be. If you’ve been following me this week, you’ll know that I see huge value in ASCIRA, and despite all risks of contracting a virus, Kari and I hopped on a plane to Vancouver. ASCIRA hosted us for 3.5 days as we took a massive leap of faith into a brand new space; becoming International Content Providers. You heard me. Some of my thoughts, my knowledge, my passion- these are now on record for the ENTIRE GLOBE to see, experience, feel, and learn. I feel amazing and definitely a little scared! Tuesday was probably one of the hardest days in business, yet. I’ve never done before what I did that day and I STRUGGLED a little. It was HARD. But I pushed myself, my team pushed me, and then they had my back when I walked out of that experience: smarter, stronger, and more successful. I’m extremely grateful that a corporate team thought I was good enough to be on their platform and to teach their people. I’m grateful that I could go through a new experience and come out more powerful and more ready than ever. I’m grateful that our Tuesday team of people rallied around me (ok, they ganged up on me a bit) to prove to me that I have some God-given talents that I’ve silenced in the past but that they are the most powerful tool that I have. I’m grateful that every time I look back on the last four days, I will know that I am whiskey in a teacup... not just a beautiful vessel but also -and most importantly- wickedly strong on the inside. NOW, I have a few spots to fill on my team and I want some strong, courageous people to join me in the winner’s circle. You have a message you want to share with the world?
