We are now trying some Cajun. So far seems like we have HAPPY customers. Not a lot available, we are just trying it out. Thank you to everyone for your support and encouragement. We truly enjoy making the jerky and making new customers.

Just a note for our Jerky fans. We have made a trial batch of Cajun spice Jerky, and we are wondering if anyone is interested in a bag. Same price same size. Only a few bags available and you are welcome to order 1 with your regular order.
