No adult gym classes tonight. They will start up again first week of January. See everybody then!

The order from Red Mud Buds (hoodies etc.) will be ready for pick up next week. Pick up is at the gym and the times are as follows: Tuesday, December 22 4:30-7:00 Wednesday, December 23 4:30-7:00... These will be the final pick up times for all merchandise (lip balm, ornaments, t shirts, bodysuits, cinch bags and all Red Mud Buds products).

With the call for snow today/tonight we will keep a close watch, and if there are changes or cancellations to training tomorrow (Sunday) we will post here and via email.

All Christmas fundraising products have arrived. You can pick them up and any other products ordered through your amilia account during the following times: Tuesday, Dec 8 from 4-7 Wednesday, Dec 9 from 12-2 and 4-7 Thursday, Dec 10 from 12-2... EDIT: This does not include the hoodies, they will be with us soon!! If anyone has any outstanding Arbonne Gift Basket tickets, they can be dropped off at these times.

Congratulations to Alex Zakem. Alex was the top seller in our lip balm fundraiser with Jaxon Naturals. Shout out to Jaycob Frank - 2nd and Lindsay Ching and Eva Mae Sandler who tied for third. Thanks to everyone who participated!! The lip balm order has arrived and will be distributed as soon as Janice has figured out a system due to the present restrictions!

From Monday December 7, the gym will be closed for two weeks, as per the instructions of the Chief Public Health Office. We are sorry this is the case. We hope all our members and their families stay safe and we look forward hopefully to seeing you in two weeks time, fingers crossed.
