At this time I am no longer taking any new appointments. I have made the decision to keep my books closed to new clients until at least August. If you are already booked for an upcoming appointment you will be able to pre-book your next appointment. Feel free to message me to be on my wait/cancellation list, but please don't expect anything soon.... Also, please message me if you have a gift certificate you have been meaning to use, and I can book you in hopefully later in the summer. These are my new updated appointment rules, as well as a new price list to accommodate the changes. I will not be physically able to take as many appointments per day, so I have increased some of my prices slightly. Appointment Rules At this time I am not making face masks mandatory, but they are highly recommend. ... If you are booked for only a small waxing service, a mask is optional. Please do not come in until your appointment time, as there is no waiting area at this time. Please arrive alone unless necessary. Ask friends or family to wait outside during your appointment. You will be directed to wash or sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival. Washroom in my home is available for emergencies, but try to go before you arrive. Payment options are staying the same - debit tap, credit, e transfer and cash is accepted. If you are showing any symptoms of illness, please, cancel your appointment. If you no-show your appointment or cancel without reason within 24hrs of your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service before rebooking. A small update for everyone wondering - please feel free to share. I currently do not have an opening date set, and have not starting booking or rebooking anyone yet. I will not be open on June 1st, but I am aiming for probably the second week of June.... If you had an appointment in March or April, you can expect to hear from me in these next few weeks, closer to the end of the month. If you have messaged me since then to make an appointment, I will get back to you after I've rebooked everyone who already had something booked, and it is very important to me that I reschedule everyone I can first. I am waiting on several things before I am able to open. I do not yet have protocols for when I open, I've ordered protective equipment I won't get until June, as well as product for services. There are several things I need to do before I can have anyone in here. I know you have been patiently waiting, but please trust that I will open as soon as I am ready to open. Nail salons and spas are included in phase 3. Because this is just a tentative date as of now I will not be booking anything until closer to June. I will reach out to and reschedule anyone whos appointment has already been missed, then take new bookings after that. I will not be reopening until the province has decided it's safe for non essential businesses to do so, and when it's safe to refrain from social distancing. I haven't deleted or cancelled any appointments on my booking site, so it's easier for me to reschedule when that time comes. For now please just assume your April appointment has been cancelled, and I will reach out to anyone that had an appointment when I know a tentative date.
