Island Swimming Club has always been a tight-knit community of athletes and families. Hence, we are saddened to hear the news from the Kerr family. Their eldest son, Jacob Kerr, has developed a painful, aggressive osteosarcoma in his jaw. The family is heartbroken to learn that the tumor is inoperable.
