Hi everyone, We have just become aware that a recent Microsoft update has corrupted differnet versions of the Outlook email app. We are currently working on a fix to resolve the issue. We will keep you posted on our progress.

Hi everyone, we have another update to share that we will try to keep as short as possible. Due to the changes of essential services announced yesterday we will be adjusting to the recommendations provided by our Government and Health officials. We will remain open Mon-Fri from 9:00am - 5:00pm and we will be closed on Saturdays.... Starting on Monday April 6th there will no longer be access inside of our building. We will be using curbside pick up and drop off for your equipment. We ask that you call ahead or from the parking lot and we will provide you with details on how to proceed. Please for everyone's sake we ask that you sanitize your equipment prior to dropping off, we would like to ensure you that we are doing the same with your equipment when we complete the work. COVID-19 update to all our customers. We at ISN Computer Solutions are here to continue providing you with sales and service during this COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to inform you of some changes we have made to protect our customers and staff during this time. As we remain open, our outer door to enter the building is unlocked, however the door to our shop is locked. We have installed a doorbell to the right of the door for you to ring to call us. We will let no more the...n 2 customers in at any time and we ask that you keep a distance of 6 feet from our main counter and from staff. We have a drop off table that we will ask you to place your devices, we will document your issue and then will ask you to leave the system with us. We will not be doing any on the spot fixes during this time. All devices and cords will be sanitized prior to our technicians working on it. Once we are done with your device, we will sanitize it and return it to you. The only time a customer is to approach our front counter is when it is time to pay for your product or service. During this time, we have also altered our hours of operation. We are open Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm and will remain closed Saturdays for the near future. These times may change depending on how this pandemic unfolds over the coming days and weeks. We ask that you check our Facebook page regularly for updates regarding our operating hours. At this time all of us here at ISN Computer Solutions ask that you remain diligent in Social Distancing, this is very important in helping slow the spread of COVID-19 to a point where we can all finally return to a sense of normalcy in our lives. We also echo the advice of our government leaders and ask that you refrain from purchasing necessities that we all need in a hording manner. Those of us who still need to work and provide the much needed services also need to be able to bring home the necessities our families need. Please think of the front line Doctors/Nurses/medical technicians/Paramedics/Firefighters/Police Officers and countless others who are truly in the front lines of this pandemic that continue to face danger each and every day. We are ALL in this together, so lets ALL work together and we will come out of this stronger in our communities/cities/regions/provinces and our country, I am a proud Canadian and I know our strong spirit and determination with sacrifice will makes us stronger during these difficult times. Update to our customers, We will continue to remain open but we have put additional measures in place in order to safeguard everyone from possible transmission. We will be limiting access in our retail area to 4 customers at a time in order to maintain a minimum 1-2 meter separation as recommended by health officials . We are also offering curbside pickup of your equipment if you so chose, simply call ahead of time or from the parking lot upon arrival and we will meet you at ...your vehicle. All other areas of the business will be off limits. Normally we do like to spend some time with our customers when they pick up their equipment to answer any questions and go over the work performed. Instead, we ask that if you have any questions or concerns when you get home to please call us as we can offer you remote assistance to address any issues you may have. As we stated in yesterdays post, we will continue to be diligent with cleanliness including having hand sanitizer available, wiping your equipment on arrival and at pickup, regularly disinfecting door handles, counter tops, etc. We will continue to update you of any additional measures we may have to implement. Our top priorities are to ensure everyone's safety while trying to provide you with the level of service you have come to expect from ISN. Thank you again.

We are taking additional measures to ensure a clean and sterile environment for anyone who does come in for service or sales.
