Very honoured to be invited to tea at the House of Lords and gala at The Dorchester Hotel for the SBID interior design awards in London by my friend Aaron Mackenzie Moore who was nominated for an award! Stiff competition!
Very excited that this has sold out so early!

These are the before photos...we have a very tight budget as this is going to be rented out....but we knocked the kitchen wall down to make an open plan kitchen with a large island...new bathrooms and floors....tune in for the after photos...!
Almost done with this project...this slab was too big for the elevator! So we had to crane it! It was very tricky as the opening of the balcony was super tight! These guys did a great job!
The London Pad completed! Being in the fascinating London Docklands area, this brick building is next to a canal and is a nice warehouse conversion which is why it had these amazing 11.5ft ceilings with very large windows. Love the high ceilings!
I came across these very unique and creative washrooms at Pacific Place in Hong Kong. The hinges of the doors were hidden behind bendable wood veneer! Amazing!
