I just had to tell UPS to return a shipment to sender. I've posted we will not accept parcels through UPS. We'll use all else including usps, fedex, canpar, purolator. But not UPS. They're brokerage fees, policies are too difficult to play when crossing the border. If this was your shipment I apologize but it specifies in the shipping instructions we will refuse UPS parcels. Sorry for the inconvenience Sarah.

I am not taking on new consulting clients until further notice. Repairs shall continue as normal. Sarah.

We have asked that clients do not ship to use using UPS. Instead we prefer fedex, USPS or Canada post. We will now DENY any shipments sent to us VIA UPS. We have made it clear in our shipping instructions not to use UPS from the beginning. Thank you.
