Dear Masters and Instructors, Kodiak Taekwon-Do Club is thrilled to host Master Ken MacKenzie (7th Dan) for a weekend seminar: February 1 and 2, 2020! ... As this is a great opportunity for all competitors, we are inviting all colour belts and black belts who wish to attend. The seminar has been broken up into three sessions for everyone to learn at different levels. You can mix and match sessions or participate in all three. Costs and breakdown of sessions are listed below. Attached to this email is a spreadsheet for you to mark students’ names, belt levels, and sessions attending. Please collect cash before arriving at the seminar. Saturday, February 1 | 7:45 am 8:15 am | Registration for Session 1 (and on) Saturday, February 1 | 8:25 am 8:30 am | Line up and Bow in Saturday, February 1 | 8:30 am - 12:00 pm | Patterns Session for White Belt and Up This patterns session will cover diagram (Chon-Ji to Yul-Gok), technical correction, and instruction for improving basic movement for a competitive edge (all belts are welcome to attend). Saturday, February 1 | 12:15 pm 12:45 pm | Registration for Session 2 (and on) Saturday, February 1 | 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm | Patterns Session for Blue Belt and Up This patterns session will cover diagram (Joong Gun to black belt patterns), technical correction, and instruction for improving basic movement for a competitive edge. Sunday, February 2 | 7:45 am 8:15 am | Registration for Session 3 Saturday, February 2 | 8:25 am 8:30 am | Line up and Bow in Sunday, February 2 | 8:30 am - 12:00 pm | Sparring Seminar This sparring session is for all belt levels covering offensive strategies, defensive strategies, moving, countering, and ring management. From Mr. Mike ParsonsNeed help! My relief instructor is hurt and I am out of town for 6 weeks. Any ITF black belts (1st dan or higher)looking to make some money and wants to get some teaching time in, get back to me. Will pay for travel as well. Thank you.
