This dodge ram 1500 was brought to me because the dealership didn't do a good enough job detailing it. I completely agree with the owner. Do I understand why it was sold in this condition? Yes I do. Do I think its acceptable? No, I don't. Detailers in body shops or dealerships are generally at the bottom for pay and probably respect and have to do the job in a given time limit. As I went over this truck, it's clear that the truck was a work truck before. It's also clear some... spots were just completely missed. But as a dealership, you should not be selling your product in this condition. Especially since it caused more headaches in the long run for them by cutting corners. There was some sort of marker or pen stain on the passenger seat that I was able to remove about 90% after about 10-15 passes. There was also what seemed like dried paint or gum on the seats, carpets and floor mats. I tried several methods, but could not remove them safely. I could've tried more aggressive methods like solvents. But felt it was best not to go that route as I didn't want to ruin this practically brand new truck.

This 2008 silverado received a 2 stage polish, a double layer of gtechniq c1 and exo ceramic coatings. This truck looks amazing. Also polished the rims and applied a tire shine. With the 2 layers of ceramic coatings, the owner will enjoy cleaning the truck as it will be super easy. As soon as she was all polished and cured then truck just popped in the sun. Sweet ride
