Hi folks, just wanted to touch base to reassure anyone Who has sent messages and not heard back from me that it is not because I’ve missed your request it’s that there has been such a flood of messages that it is impossible for me to keep up with all of that and manage to do the important work and the timely work that is required to be done in the aviary. Most days I don’t even get to look at my messages until 10 o’clock at night. Please be reassured that your message is lo...gged in the system and will be looked at as soon as possible. In the meantime we are working diligently behind the scenes hand raising many baby birds and we now have a variety of budgies, Conures, and Cockatiels Who are very well-established if not fully weaned. We Will be looking to secure adoptions on these birds from the waiting lists that we currently have in place so we will be contacting some people very soon in this regard. Due to the backlog of requests we have not posted any photos not wanting to incite any further conversation around birds that I can’t offer people because I am honouring the lists that I have in place for people who have been waiting very patiently. We appreciate everyone’s patience during what has been a very unusual year due to Covid and the inability for pet stores to bring any birds in. They sent everyone to us and As there are not many people registered for breeding in the local area that has really placed a huge demand on our aviary. A big thank you to everyone for your patience and I will be putting some photos out soon so you all can see the beautiful birds that we are producing here even if I can’t offer one to you just like that. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. On a final note I’ve noticed I’m getting a lot more requests through the telephone messenger system I think people are trying to reach me other ways than the business page and I would not recommend that as your message will potentially get lost in the shuffle of all my other phone messages. I manage all of the adoption request on this business page and basically if I don’t have time to get to your message through there then likewise I wouldn’t have a chance probably to get through your message any other way either. Please try to stick to this platform if you don’t want Your request lost. Thank you Darlene See more

December 1 already and what are year it’s been. Hope everyone is managing with the newly imposed restrictions and staying safe out there. Sorry we haven’t posted much we actually went through a period of months with Facebook not working properly for us they went from hosting our Facebook Business page over the last few years to honouring us now with a Facebook Business Suite And none of it has been working right LOL. If I booked an appointment for 1 o’clock it would put ...1 o’clock in my calendar and 9 AM in my customer’s calendar. If I tried to post some thing I spent 20 minutes with an update and photos only for it all to disappear because it didn’t send. Thanks to everyone for being so patient this has not been a usual year for us in any respect. Here is a list of what we are breeding in 2021: Ringneck doves Society Finches Java Finches Budgies Canaries Lineolated parakeets Parrotlets Rosy Bourkes Lovebirds Cockatiels Conures Quakers - unproven but hopeful Ringnecks - not sure but hopeful Yellow Crowned - Amazons Darlene

I’ve been sitting here thinking that I might as well tell y’all what happened as were all friends here and for those that I don’t know yet I’m sure we will be one day!!! Our beloved Dog Max passed away of natural causes yesterday. He would have been 13 in August...He was the fifth boy that we’ve owned over the course of our life and the only one with floppy years. They stopped taping up the years years back for cosmetic reasons and we opted not to do it with this dog....turns out that We loved those floppy ears....forever in our hearts....we love you Max!!!
