To report a control burn, call 1-866-404-4911 Call centre is open 24/7 When reporting a controlled burn, you will be asked the following questions:... What is your land location? What are you burning? How long will your burn last? What is your RM number? What is your name and number? Who is your fire service provider? You will be asked to call back once your burn has been completed. If you do not call your controlled burn in, you may be charged for a fire call if the fire department is called out. OUR RATES: Rural pumper $800 for the first hour, $500 for each additional hour. Rescue/utility unit $100/hour Members $27/hour per member plus any sublet services that may be required It is up to the land owner to have sufficient fire insurance. Land owners are responsive for all fire calls to their property. Please take all proper precautions when burning in fields or yards.
