Your body is a temple and you should keep it that way. Think about why we over eat... When you are feeling Lost? Angry? Hurt? Sad? Believe me I've been there. L...ife feels out of control and I'm not saying everyone feels this way but sometimes it's like nothing will make it better faster than a big bag of junk food or a quick trip through a fast food line up. Next time you are in that state of mind think of this. "Control the controllables" -my grandfather Bobby G. You might not be able to fix what happened in a relationship or advance in your job faster.. or whatever it is that put you over the edge in the first place to feel the need to food soothe but you can definitely control the controllables. Your body is the one thing in life that only you have a 1000% say in and the ability to control what happens to it. You choose what goes into your mouth and the results that you will get from that action down the road. I am going to encourage you to eat for hunger not hunger for eating.
