About us IWC is a non-profit, equality-seeking, anti-racism, and multi-service organization dedicated to delivering settlement, employment, and language services to promote immigrants’ success in a just and supportive Hamilton.... Our Vision is that immigrants can achieve social and economic success as essential partners in Hamilton’s prosperity. About You IWC is looking for individuals to join its Board of Directors. Experience in the following areas would be considered an asset: financial oversight & revenue diversification, government relations & community partnerships, marketing & communications, monitoring & evaluation, and strategic planning & analysis. We also look for personal attributes that reflect our organizational values, such as respect, integrity, kindness and relationship-building. Furthermore, IWC also ensures our Board members reflect our broader Hamilton community by applying other lenses such as equity, diversity, inclusion, and lived experiences.
