Yoganidrasana This finally happened after 6 months of seeking and solving. It feels absolutely delicious. As suggested by Guruji Shri BKS Iyengar in the Light on Yoga, I am not able to hold for 30 seconds but even 10 seconds felt very releasing for the back.... As mentioned in Light on Yoga, effects section of Yoganidrasana, this is the most complete forward bend even better than a well practiced Paschimottanasa.
