We are so shocked and saddened tthis morning to learn about the sudden passing of our dear friend Belleville Councilor Pat Culhane . We were just so honoured t...o have been friends for so many years.. I am also so very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her in the community. Thank you Pat for believing in me and our family. You will always be an inspiration to me as I continue to do work on behalf of my fellow citizens in the city of Belleville and beyond. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family and the people of the Quinte community as we mourn this big loss.
