It’s giveaway time!

Often when we sell our lamb, we don’t have many cuts(if ANY) left for our own freezer, but our neck chops seem to be a very under-rated cut that we get to indulge in! Lamb neck chops are full of collagen and marrow, and have lots of tender meat! We tried our lamb necks in this curry infused recipe last night along with some basmati rice, and it did not disappoint!!! I was short on broth so some red wine was substituted, I also didn’t char the tomatoes and meat over hot coals..., but rather a hot frying pan and achieved an ok effect.
