Warm up 5 minutes: 30 sec. each Jog High knees Switch kicks Touch the floor(touch floor, jump up, repeat)... Jumping jacks X2 Then, do this circuit as many times as possible in 25 minutes. Tip: change up the skips- high knees, double unders, tuck jumps, side hops etc..... Make the sprint distance about 27 metres or so, enough to get an upright sprint in. GO!
