How To Eat Out @ Restaurants Without It Ruining Your Progress! . My whole goal with my coaching clients is getting them to lose weight without sacrificing their social life. That means enjoying nights out with friends, eating at restaurants, having desserts etc. . Lose weight and keep it off forever. ... . 1Plan your day around your cheat meal! If you have a dinner planned that night then don’t have your normal breakfast and lunch. Lower your carbs for your other meals that day to balance out your dinner. . 2 Increase your workout intensity. If you’re going out taht night then do a little extra cardio that morning after your workout. Or combine a bunch of your workouts into a circuit to keep the intensity high. . 3 Punch in your macros for the day before the day actually starts. If you’ve been to that restaurant before and know what you’re getting then punch it in myfitnesspal before hand to see how much calories you’re going to be over by the end of the day. That way you know how much you need to burn during your workout. . 4 Don’t weigh yourself the next morning. If you hate seeing the numbers on the scale go up then don’t jump on it for a day. You’re most likely holding more water from your meal and it can be discouraging. . The goal with weight loss is sustainability. So don’t do anything too drastic. Enjoy your time out. See more
