Just putting a feeler out there for Valentine’s Day.....any interest in Charcuterie boards? They would include a selection of meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts, fruit & of course a couple of jars of 125ml jams & jellies!!! Porch pickup would be Saturday Feb. 13th during a certain time only TBA & must be prepaid by EMT in advance to hold your spot. Limited quantities of these will be made. $60 each or $70 with chocolate dipped strawberries!!!

This is a dinner I made with my better half a few weeks ago & we paired it with my pear jam & red pepper jelly as seen in the pics!!! Cheese goes great with grape jelly, crab apple jelly, peach jam, pear jam, red pepper jelly, blueberry jam, orange marmalade etc...you can also put different pickles on the platter as well which we still have lots in stock of!!!

Let’s talk about crab apples.... this under rated fruit is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! There are many varieties & this tart & delicious apple when cooked down & strained through cheesecloth makes the most beautiful pink liquid. Which then makes yummy jelly!!! Perfect on toast, cheese & meat!!! And I just made some!!!
