Hello everyone! The Youth Mental Health and Technology lab at the University of Montreal Hospital Research Centre is seeking volunteers between the ages of 17-30 to participate in an anonymous survey about youth’s experiences with referrals to mental health services in Canada. It will take 10-15 mins to complete and is about young people’s experiences seeking help for mental health concerns in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia in the last five years. With a new and revamped name: same-day counselling starts today in Residences! Same-day counselling provides 30 minute sessions to students in residence withou...t the wait. Students are invited to use same-day sessions to discuss any type of issue. Sessions are free and confidential. COVID-19 Safety Measures for Same-day Counselling Call or email Student Services to book a same-day session Arrive on time to in-person sessions, not early Sanitize hands when arriving at Paterson 100 (if in-person) Wear a mask in the waiting room Make a virtual appointment if you have symptoms of COVID-19
