Après notre rituel beauté on applique l’hydrateint puis notre fluide et/ou fond de teint crème (numéro 5 dans mon cas, 4 si vous êtes plus rosée) puis la poudre HD qui unifie et/ou médium beige qui réchauffe. Aux yeux : l’illuminateur lune rose sur toute la paupière puis rose gold sur la mobile. Mascara.... On dessine les sourcils (j’utilise Oud) Aux joues, on bronze avec notre terre cuite chouchou Notte Puis on fard avec mon blush fétiche In love. On remet lune rose en illuminateur. Rouge à lèvres au choix, je porte madeleine des îles, un beau rose sexy :) On peut en rajouter en appliquant Notte au creux de la paupière pour donner de la profondeur! Simple et parfait et mis à part des produits pour le teint, on a besoin que d’une ombre à paupière, notre blush et notre terre cuite, l'illuminateur & rouge à lèvres!

You will notice that the address has changed; Without getting into long details, the story with the original house that we had found In February was bluntly terminated. To keep you from waiting any longer and not to let you down , we have worked extra hard to find this new house. Now that all our paperwork is cleared up, I am happy that I ...can finally share the news. It was love at first sight for this majestically ancestral house. From the very first visit I was already drawing up in my head the three places where I would feed, care and lodge all of you. Overlooking the historical district, our third floor will be Reserved to our Bistro, beauty parlor and cozy airb&b. (I will also mention our three other locations; our Hôtel on Sherbrook street Montreal as well as our Auberge in Eastman, where we can welcome you to stay overnight with the choice of any beauty & detox package. Not to forget a large parking lot in the back.) If you love history, read here _________ which tells the story of this house built in 1903 that belonged to the Mckay merchant, also the story about the Widow’s walk watching the arrival of their husbands overseas. And finally see the photos taken throughout the years of the historical stable. We take good care of your senses, we choose to establish ourselves in the most gorgeous houses. To create the most warm and enchanting environment, With the help of my friends Carole & Danielle from Grenier d’ Ernest (and often of their husbands) I take pride in dressing your surroundings with antique furniture and accents. All this to welcome you and making sure you have the most incredible experiences. And my secret to finding a flat stomach (does not mean slimming but rather absence of bloating ...), after 3 children: my essential fibers & the Friend. I start my day with fiber, on an empty stomach (mixed with a little apple or cherry juice). We should take 30 g per day, the average is 15 g ... and we certainly count all the cooked & processed fibers added while i bet on whole, raw & high-performance fibers from plants. Then I continue in the morning with my yellow fruit... smoothies (for the skin) & start my midday and evening meals with my gourmet salad. The best! The Friend, we take it only occasionally, if necessary. It is very useful when you start and makes a difference. Okay, and what does it makes when we are no longer bloated? Hello! We have all our energy (which comes from a body not obstructed), we are fine, we find our clarity of mind. Bloating comes from putrefaction or fermentation of food that is not well digested.
