We’re wrapping up 2020. It wasn’t quite how we planned it, but Jaded will be closed as of 6pm tonight until the provincially mandated closure has been lifted. To everyone who supported us in this pandemic plagued, forced closures year we have faced, THANK YOU!! We wish you all a happy and safe holiday season and we can’t wait to see all of you in 2021!

As announced today by the provincial government of Alberta, Jaded has been mandated to close effective Sunday, December 13 for a minimum (and hopeful) 4 week period. Our staff have started to contact appointments affected by the closure, and rebooking will take place once we have a confirmed date to re-open, with priority to those who have been cancelled. We will also announce in the days to come on how to purchase gift cards, and how our staff are coordinating to help you ke...ep Christmas 2020 modified in a fun way. Our piercers and tattoo artists will be able to assist clients by email/messenger only and will be checking messages a couple times a day and aim to respond within 24 hours. We encourage all clients needing help to contact us online as we are anticipating high call volumes in our final days. To end this hard message on a positive note, our staff would like to express the sincerest appreciation for each and every client who has safely kept us going since June and made us feel like an important part of your days. We look forward to reopening and having you in again!

We wanted to take some time to address today’s announced public health measures and how they’ll affect your visit to us at Jaded, along with a few reminders. First and foremost, if you are feeling unwell or under any form of self isolation (close contact or symptom-related) please call the shop and cancel or rebook your appointment. During confirmation calls, our front staff will be continuing to do a covid prescreen (along with a written questionnaire upon arrival), we appr...eciate the patience and extra time it takes to do this from all of our clients. Should you fall ill with Covid-19 within 14 days of your visit, please get in touch with us to notify us as a courtesy to our staff who work within your personal space during your visit. Upon entry into the studio, you will be asked to wash your hands or use sanitizer and should be donning a face mask. The face masks are in accordance with Lethbridge City Bylaw. Please come alone to your appointment. With today’s announcement, any accompaniment will be asked to leave and wait outside for you. The only exception to this will be for piercees under 16, where parental consent is required and accompaniment is requested & encouraged. In order to help us maintain reduced traffic in the shop, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointments. We appreciate every single one of our customers who help us keep our doors open, and we look forward to continuing to be available in your body modification desires!

Jaded will be closed Wednesday, November 11 for Remembrance Day. We will reopen on Thursday, November 12 at 10am.
