I wanted to put this here so everyone who likes Jade could try this fun Mini Challenge for Week 2 of Fitness Friends 50/50. Filmed on location in Country Club with local talent in the background. My theme for the workout this week is strength and mobility. Try this shoulder mobility exercise! You have to rotate 2x around without spilling your glass of vodka, I mean water.
