We've almost made it though our cancellation list, and we will begin taking calls for appointments as of Friday, June 12! At this time, online booking is NOT available, to allow us to make time between appointments for the required sanitation. Things will be a bit different during your next visit, so please take the time to look over this list. 1. If you are sick, do not come in. We're happy to reschedule you. 2. Masks are required during your time in the salon, for both cl...ients and staff. If you do not have a mask, you will be required to purchase one at cost ($1). 3. Come alone for your appointment, and bring only what you can place on your lap during your service. We cannot provide a place for coats at this time, and anyone accompanying you will be asked to wait outside. 4. Sanitize your hands upon arrival, and respect physical distancing. 5. As per provincial guidelines, we cannot provide facial services, such as waxing, lash extensions, and beard or moustache trims. 6. Please be patient. Abuse of any kind will result in cancellation of your service. This situation is hard on everyone, and the staff and clients have the right to a safe space. 7. Okay, everyone! It's official, we can reopen Friday. Please do not call and leave messages for appointments, we will be contacting people who had appointments in the first 3 weeks of the closure, and our weekly standing appointments first. We still need to find out what protocols will need to be in place BEFORE we can begin the booking process, in regards to capacity and timing of appointments.

We know this is tough for everyone, and as much as we'd love to be back at work, we still don't have a date for reopening. Rest assured that when we find out, we're ready to hit the ground running! We have made the difficult decision to close the salon, effective Saturday, March 21. Following recommendations from the Health Unit, we will remain closed for a minimum of two weeks, potentially reopening on April 6. We apologize for the inconvenience, but these are trying times for everyone, and the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. We will be contacting anyone who has an appointment during this time, and you will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding, and stay safe.

We're sure everyone has seen a ton of these posts, but we feel that we should let our clients know where we stand with COVID-19. We are open for business, but request that if you have traveled or have symptoms of any illness, that you reschedule your appointment for at least 2 weeks later. In order to protect our clients and ourselves, staff will refuse service if you are ill. We are taking extra sanitation precautions, but prevention is the best medicine of all. We appreciate your business and your patience - this is new territory for everyone. We will be sure to keep you all updated with any changes.
