Here are some photos of a recently completed project located on Trafalgar Street in Kitsilano. We took a "beat up" old craftsman bungalow on a 30' by 90' lot and gave it an extensive upgrade. We added a master bedroom on a "new" second floor. The interiors are all new and have a "cottage meets industrial loft" feel. I'm very proud of this project as it was a tiny lot, and a huge fight with city hall to get what we wanted. I think it's a great bachelor pad for the owner. The last few photos are the "before the renovation" images.

The renovation on Savary Island is coming along fine. We are renovating a 1930's cottage for a client. This involves a new roof and modifications on the existing cottage and replacing the rotting 1970's addition on the rear. The last few photos are the "before photos" (check out those terrible vertical 1970's aluminium windows on the closed in front porch) and the drawing is my concept for the front facade. The cottage is located on Malispina Promenade (aka the Front Row) close to the government dock. The construction photos were taken by a neighbour as we are in 'self isolation' these days.

We just finished another renovation project in the Kitsilano- Point Grey area (West 2nd Avenue and Alma Street). Here are some before and after photos of both the front and rear facades. Let us know what you think!
