Just for an update as The Jamaican figure skating federation for us to have skaters represent the federation theirs two confirmations we need to be official for competitions internationally. We have to be accepted into the Jamaican Olympic committee and then apply to the ISU (International Skating Union). We have applied to both, the ISU has agreed to accept us in as a federation, but they can’t fully accept our federation until the Jamaican Olympic committee approves of us as well. All paper work and documents is all done we have just been waiting patiently for this slow process of an acceptance reply from the committee which has taken extremely long. Hopefully we will have an update/answer soon!

Hi to everyone who sees this post this account was lost for awhile wasn’t able to get into it to post any news or give anyone updates. But I’ll make sure to give weekly updates on the process of the federation and up and coming Jamaican skaters!
