It is naturally different for everyone but falls mainly in the night owl and early bird ... . This is the mechanism that causes jet lag . sleep pressure is the part that tells you you’re tired. As you are awake and metabolically active your sleep pressure builds up and you will start to feel tired which will cause you to fall asleep .
