This morning we delivered a huge head of bok Choi, thinned out the leaf lettuce and delivered half a grocery bag worth, and trimmed back the onion chives. This year the vegetable garden expanded in 2 ways. I've added 3 4x4 raised beds, still plan to add an 8x4 and another 4x4. And I'm also working with @equal_ground , they're are responsible for the community gardens you see around Brantford and Brant county. This year, because of Covid-19, not all of those gardens are able to be opened. In response, @equal_ground is asking for people in the community to pitch in and help support local food banks and those in their communit...y by donating a portion of their backyard produce.
