Ramadan is almost here! Although we are able to visit the mosques this year, the city is still under a stay-at-home order. We've put together some tips to help make the most out of this blessed month, insha Allah

Assalam o Alykum, Details for Jumu’ah at Jami Omar tomorrow, Insha’Allah: Two jamaahs with limited (15%) capacity of 175 for each jamaah. 1st Jamaah - 12:45 Bayan - 1:15 Iqama... Notes: No non obligatory salaat should be prayed in the Masjid after the first jamaah is finished. 2nd Jamaah - 1:45 Doors open - 2:15 Iqama Notes: Do not come to the masjid before 1:45pm, entry will begin only after all musalees from first jamaah have exited. Doors will be locked at Iqama for each jamaah. Parking lot entry will close at 175 capacity. Reminder to follow guidelines and self-assess before each visit using the screening tool. The first day of Ramadan is expected to be on Tuesday, April 13. This will be confirmed based on global moonsighting by the Council on the night of Monday 12, Inshallah.
