In our home we always have lavender on hand. It’s on go to at night in our diffusers for a good nights sleep! If my brain is feeling extra active I will add some on the bottom of my big toe and I’m out like a light! I also have this one added into mine and Alex’s skin blends. After swimming in a river in Saturday and Friday and Sunday spent driving last night when I crawled into bed my upper arms and shoulders were so sore! I got back out up bed and put on some deep relief and crawled into bed again. About 5 mins later I turned over and it didn’t hurt! The muscles weren’t sore! I was able to fall right asleep!!
