It’s actually crazy the amount of change I am seeing in my body with a more consistent practice. Teaching twice a week, integrating it into my classes at school and mixing in a personal day here and there. COVID Spice Girls rocked the socks off of GFSS this year. So great the spirit and love of Halloween was still bumpin, through the restrictions, masks and everything else we are facing this year! Hope everyone stays safe, but still laughs and enjoys

Missin Penticton more and more each weekend I’m away. (And my boys!) But coaching has definitely been the hardest thing to be away from.... Make NO excuses. My day is full of work and cleaning the house, so my motivation to workout was close to none.... but then I decided to run from my dentist appointment and back, and am I EVER happy I did!! Make time for yourself, you won’t regret it! @ Penticton, British Columbia
